Mum's & Bub's Yoga
Mum's & Bub's yoga is a beautiful way to relax, stretch, strengthen and connect with other Mothers.
Sunrise Yoga
Sunrise yoga is a Hatha infused flow yoga class. Expect a healthy challenge leaving you feeling energised for the beautiful day ahead.
Yoga for Happy Ageing
Yoga for Happy Ageing is a Hatha inspired yoga class for more mature yogis after a gentler practise or perfect for beginners.
Fitness Flow Yoga
Fitness Flow Yoga is a vinyasa style – cardio infused yoga class.
Flow & Restore Yoga
Flow & Restore is a gentle Hatha flow style yoga class, increasing flexibility and encouraging strength of body and mind.
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal Yoga is a Hatha class focusing on strength, relaxation and breathwork in preparation for the big day.
Meditation
Guided Meditation classes are a great way to relax and de-stress while learning how to start your own meditation practise.
Location of our Classes
Currently our group Yoga classes are held in the Providence estate, South Ripley (on the Yoga Lawn and in the Community Centre). This is a perfect location for anyone living in Springfield, Ripley, or Ipswich to attend our friendly Yoga classes. View location on Maps
